the check in was efficient. the staff were very nice and helpful. i found a large bed in my room. breakfast was wonderful and the day i departed i was given a packed meal to take away
i found roadworks outside the hotel which caused noise at 8am. it meant i could not sleep in or relax in the afternoon before going out again in the evening. it would have been good service to inform guests about this before arrival

the room was spacious and comfortable, including a large bed and clean space. it had plenty of room for luggage and moving around. the bathroom fixtures were modern and well maintained.

the situation allows convenient access to central areas. transport links are relatively easy to use and navigate. the area around the building felt safe, even late at night as i walked back from local dining establishments.

The room was impressively large. A bathtub was included, which i used daily. Staff members were nice and very helpful upon arrival, pointing out local bars. Breakfast had a large variety of items and tasted AMAZING!!!

The hotel is about two km from the main center and I consider it a good walk. Several shops are nearby, which makes it very easy to find essentials or souvenirs. I used buses to travel, though the metro is a few blocks away.

The hotel offered easy check-in and check-out services. I had access to organized couriering after I forgot my jacket. Breakfast had delicious Pasteis de Natas I will never forget. The front of house staff were helpful with bus routes.

The beds were SUPER comfortable, which led to restful nights. My room had everything I needed for my stay. I found the room very quiet, a welcome change after busy days. The bathroom was also quite spacious.

Charming Stay Near the City Center

We were charmed by this hotel. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options each morning. I found the staff very friendly and available at the reception. The room's shower was a delight, it had hot water.
The immediate area around the hotel felt a bit samey. I think the streets all look the same, this made it easy for me to get lost.

The hotel is situated about a 10-minute walk from a metro station. I found the metro provided easy access to the city's attractions. The neighborhood felt peaceful for a relaxing visit.
